Hi, in my opinion all banknotes from the serie "Development, Prosperity and Sri Lanka Dances" were issued to commemorate the 60th Anniversary of the Central Bank of Sri Lanka. It's mentioned in all folders issued with 20, 50, 100, 500 and 1000 Rupees ("This issue coincides with the 60th Anniversary of the Bank" is mentioned in all folders).
