This note was issued in 1989 celebrating the Centenary of the Republic, 1889 to 1989. This series is printed with prefix and suffix of A and the first 4 digits ranging from 0001 to 1964. The note is printed with the text - Republica I Centenario (Centennial Republic). The note depicts four men standing together, one of them is Marshal Deodoro da Fonseca, who deposed Emperor Dom Pedro ll on 15.11.1889 and declared Brazil a republic. Marshal Deodoro also became the first president of the republic from 1889 to 1891.

This is a cheap note and I got it from a dealer on eBay. If you are still looking for this note, make sure the first 4 digits of the serial numbers is within the range as I have mentioned in my post.
